Some
of the kindergarteners in Tina Malizia's class at
HoHoKus Public School recently visited Community
Blood Services in Paramus to drop off handmade cards
and pictures made by the students to be included
in care packages being mailed to the troops serving
in Iraq. While visiting the center (from left) Kendall
Connolly, Alexandra Soloman, Amanda Whitely, Molly
Pearson, Megan Massey, John Soloman and Erica Dickman
added their messages to a banner being sent to the
service men and women serving overseas. |

Waldwick
Postmaster Robert Vanderclock writes a message to
the military troops serving in Iraq on a banner
displayed outside the donor canteen at Community
Blood Services' Paramus blood center. The banner
will be sent overseas once it is filled with signatures,
along with packages of items that have been donated
by area residents and donors at the blood center
to be sent to the men and women serving our country.
Mr. Vanderclock and the Waldwick Post Office employees
are lending a hand to help the blood center ship
those packages to the Middle East. Thank you, Waldwick
Post Office!
