costs incurred in recruiting donors and in collecting, processing,
storing and distributing blood and blood products, along with
the expense of maintaining state-of-the-art facilities, have
made it extremely challenging for not-for-profit blood banks
to continue to serve their communities.
The
Community Blood Services Foundation was established to help�support
not-for-profit organizations that supply life-saving blood
to our families, friends and neighbors.
