Kidzkare™ Program

KidzKare™ Elementary and Middle School Program

Did you know that your school can earn rewards for its school library or classroom educational programs at the same time your students are helping to save lives?

KidzKare™ is an innovative program at Community Blood Services that encourages students, parents and teachers to sponsor community blood drives at their elementary and middle schools. Every lifesaving blood donation collected will result in rewards for your classroom or educational programs.

Sponsoring a blood drive is as easy as A, B, C!  Students who participate in a KidzKare drive as part of a special class project will learn how blood donation saves lives.  Students will also learn the important role they make in helping patients in our community hospitals by asking their parents, teachers and community leaders to donate blood.

KidzKare Program Benefit Options:

A: One book is earned for every lifesaving unit of blood collected – each book can be personalized with a special message from the donor

B: Receive a gift card towards the purchase of classroom school supplies

C: Collect a minimum of 25 units of blood and receive an Amazon Fire or e-Reader for your library or classroom

By sponsoring a KidzKare blood drive you will be helping students save lives in your community!
