Donate Blood at DePiero�s Blood Drive & Get Complimentary PANTOPHOBIA Ticket October 9, 2015
� MONTVALE, NJ � Anyone who donates blood at the Blood for Life blood drive being held October 9th at Diepieros� Farm will receive a complimentary admission ticket to the PANTOPHOBIA haunted attraction at the farm.
The drive will be held Friday, October 9 from 4 to 9 p.m. on a bloodmobile at the farm, 300 Grand Avenue. Each donor will get a free admission ticket valued at $25 which can be used at the haunted attraction any evening from 8 to 10 p.m. through November 1 (except for October 22 and 29).
Donors can call 201-251-3703 to make an appointment to donate or schedule online at www.communitybloodservices.com. Walk-ins are also welcome.
"Climb aboard the �tram� wagon and tour the farm�s Hollyweird back lots,� said Karen Ferriday, director of community affairs at the blood center. �Starve some vampires and, at the same time, save a life!� Ferriday added, noting one blood donation can save up to three lives.
Whole blood donors must be healthy, 17-75 years old (16 years old with parental permission) and weigh at least 110 pounds.
Community Blood Services, a not-for-profit organization that has been serving the community for more than 60 years, provides blood and blood products to more than 20 hospitals in New Jersey and New York. |
