All blood types and products are urgently needed during the winter months
when the supply can dip suddenly because of illness and wintry weather.

We especially need O negative blood and platelets, as well as AB plasma,
to ensure we can continue to meet the needs of patients in area hospitals.
Blood and platelets have a limited shelf life so they must constantly be replenished.
