Community Blood Services is urging all individuals eligible to donate blood, platelets** or plasma this holiday season to give the gift of life and help prevent a blood shortage.

All blood types are needed, especially Type O negative. Currently, there is a less than a two-day of blood on the shelves for patients in the 25 hospitals we serve in New York and New Jersey. We need YOU!

Make a lifesaving blood, platelets** or plasma donation from Monday, December 26th through Saturday, Dec. 31st and receive a ShopRite gift card!

Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday & Thursday: 12 noon to 7:30 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Lincoln Park Donor Center (NJ)

Tuesday & Wednesday: 1 to 6:30 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

New Windsor Donor Center (NY)
575 Hudson Valley Avenue, Suite 206
Tuesday: 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 4 to 6:30 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. to 12 noon

Community Blood Services provides blood and blood products to more than 25 hospitals in New York and New Jersey.

Whole blood donors must be 17-75 years old (16 years old with parental permission) and weigh at least 110 pounds. Donors also receive complimentary non-fasting cholesterol and glucose health screenings.
