Community Blood Services is urging all individuals eligible to donate
blood this holiday season to give the gift of life and help alleviate
an anticipated blood shortage.

All blood types are needed, especially Type O Negative. Currently, there is a less than a two-day supply of blood on the shelves for patients in the 25 hospitals we serve in
New Jersey and New York.

We need YOU!

This holiday season make a lifesaving blood donation at the New Windsor Donor Center, 575 Hudson Valley Road, Suite 206 and receive "Molasses the Holiday Bear" and a TGIF restaurant gift card.

Tuesday, Dec. 20: 1 to 5 p.m.
Wednesday, Dec. 21: 4 to 6:30 p.m.
Saturday, Dec. 24: 8 a.m. to Noon

Community Blood Services provides blood and blood products to more than 25 hospitals in New York and New Jersey.

Whole blood donors must be 17-75 years old (16 years old with parental permission) and weigh at least 110 pounds. Donors also receive complimentary non-fasting cholesterol and glucose health screenings.
