Position: Director, Recruitment
Job Description:
We have an immediate business need for a results driven Director Recruitment. This position is responsible for providing the necessary direction and leadership to ensure the recruitment goals and new business opportunities within blood donor recruitment are met; identify, cultivate, solicit, negotiate and secure donor and corporate relationships to meet expanding business goals; satisfactorily maintain and grow these relationships to maximize their long-term value to Community Blood Services. Additionally, the position must develop tactics and strategies in collaboration with colleagues and other partners to provide optimal business growth, client satisfaction and financial return.
Qualifications:
bachelors degree; masters preferred. Four to six plus successful years of experience in PR and/or sales and sales management. A proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a team. Excellent PC skills, leadership and strategic thinking ability required. Superb oral and written communication skills required as well as strong negotiation, presentation and liaison skills.
